To promote the health of our team and raise money for important charities, WWW has participated in several adventure races.
Moore Love 5K – June 2013: World Water Works participated in the June 7th run to raise money for the Moore tornado relief effort, hosted by DG Productions. The race raised $38,000 for the “City of Moore Tornado Relief Fund”.
UK Intelligent Sport Challenge – June 2011: WWW fielded Team DEMON. Team Demon finished in first place out of all US teams (Minor Detail: Team Demon was the only US team). This competition raised nearly $1 million dollars for the NSPCC which is a mission to stop cruelty to children.
US Intelligent Sport Challenge – October 2008: WWW fielded Team H2O. Team H2O finished in 21st place out of 39 teams. The event raised $496,917 US for St.Jude Hospital. St. Jude is a unique pediatric treatment and research facility. It is America’s second-largest health-care charity.

2012-2016 Jammin’ 4 Water: World Water Works is proud to be a founding member of and sponsor the concert charity event, Jammin’ 4 Water. This event benefits water organizations all over the country including: WEF SYPC, Global H20, Water for People, Engineers Without Borders USA, Charity Water, Water.org and Wine to Water among many others. WEFTEC attendees and musicians are invited to donate money to take the stage featuring an open mic concept. Jammin’ 4 Water is a fun way to kick off the WEFTEC conference weekend all while supporting world-changing causes that are very close to World Water Works heart.
2014-2016 WEF Community Service Project: World Water Works has been a sponsor of the WEF Community Service Project since 2014. This even is hosted each year during WEFTEC by WEF’s Students & Young Professional Committee. A project is selected to improve the host community’s water quality and educate the public about water, the environment and green infrastructure. The event has grown from 30 volunteers in 2008 to more than 200 in 2016. World Water Works is grateful to participate in projects that leave a lasting benefit on their communities. 2016 World Water Works Clean Water Classic: The sale of mulligans at our inaugural Clean Water Classic golf tournament raised $260 for Water4More, a special initiative designed to bring sustainable clean water to 1,000,000 people in 6 countries by 2017. With WWW matching the contribution 100%, and the organization having a donor who matches all donations 4 to 1, the impact of our teams generosity is worth $2,080.
2015,2016 Salvation Army Angel Tree Program: World Water Works and its generous employees were able to provide Christmas gifts to 45 local children in 2015, and 40 in 2016, through Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program. The program, started in 1979, helps bring joy to children and seniors in need during the holiday season. We are honored to give back to our local communities, and proud of our employees who do the same.
2013 Moore, OK Tornado: World Water Works is proud to have contributed $8,975 to the Convoy of Hope’s Moore tornado relief fund. As a company, we volunteered to clean up debris alongside the organization on May 31st.
2013,2016,2017 The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp: WWW is proud to sponsor The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp and their events, such as the Boston Big Top Bash and Beantown Bash. For more than 25 years, the camp has offered “a different kind of healing” for children coping with serious illnesses.
2011 Japan Tsunami: WWW made a $5,000 donation to the Red Cross to help in the disaster in Japan. One of our trusted vendors: Salesforce.com matched our contribution.
