| A key to a good DAF is its ability to generate highly saturated fine micro-bubbles. World Water Works exclusively imports the Nikuni pump to North America. This regenerative turbine pump generates 20-30 micron bubbles at nearly 100% saturation efficiencies using atmospheric air. World Water Works continues to successfully upgrade existing DAF systems with this technology. Beyond improved performance, the pump is built to last. The single-stage design has large clearances between the impeller and the casing. Many of the pumps operate at slow RPMs. The result is improved performance, increased throughput, lower chemical costs, and reduced maintenance. |
